2016
  • Mun-hee Seo was inaugurated as the third director (Apr. 27, 2016)
2015
  • Certified as an excellent family-friendly institution (Dec. 22, 2015)
2014
  • Overall management of the completion of Nuri National Curriculum courses and training for the head teachers of 3 to 5-yr-old children (Jan. 7, 2014)
2013
  • Implementation of a pilot program for part-time childcare services (Feb. 8, 2013)
2012
  • Jae-in Lee was inaugurated as the second director (Dec. 31, 2012)
  • Designated as a public institution under the umbrella of the Ministry of Health and Welfare (Jan. 31, 2012)
  • Consigned to provide supports to Dream Start Project (Jan. 1, 2012)

2011
  • Consigned to provide the follow-up management of the service quality in public childcare centers (Jul. 6, 2011)
2010
  • Established a consignment agreement to manage the Central Support Center for Childcare with the Ministry of Health and Welfare (Feb. 24, 2010)
  • Held the opening ceremony of Korea Childcare Promotion Institute (Feb. 5, 2010)

2009
  • Suk-ja Park was inaugurated as the first director (Dec. 31, 2009)
  • Approved to be established as a corporation (Dec. 22, 2009)
